02 — About Focusing
You do not need to come with the right words, a complete story, or a clear explanation of what is wrong.We begin by slowing down and noticing what is present now. That may be a feeling, a body sensation, an image, a thought, a stuck place, an inner conflict, or even the sense that something is there but hard to reach.As you describe what you notice, I reflect your words back and offer gentle prompts to help you stay with the experience without forcing it. The direction, pace, and depth of the session remain yours.The goal is not to analyze or fix you. The goal is to help you build a more compassionate relationship with what is happening inside, so your own truth can become clearer.
03 — Ongoing Growth
After a session, you may notice new understanding, relief, or a different relationship with what came forward. Integration allows that clarity to settle into your life without forcing change.

$80 per session/$225 block of 3 sessions
A 55-minute online emotional presence session for slowing down, listening inward, and making space for what is asking for your attention.

Cancellation Policy
48 hour notice
Payment is due before your session is confirmed.If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable unless we are able to reschedule for a mutually convenient time within the same week.I understand that life happens, and I will do my best to be reasonable. This policy helps honor the time that has been set aside for your session.
